what to expect
We read everything and reply when a reply is warranted. We do not sell your address, add you to a list, or pass it on - email about a gift stays about that gift. If you want the newsletter, subscribe on the site; that is separate and opt-in.
There is no ticketing system and no auto-responder pretending to care. One inbox, read by a person, usually answered within a few days when an answer is useful. Short and specific gets a faster reply than a wall of text.
good notes to send
A pick that arrived and did not live up to the write-up - that one goes to the top of the pile, because the vetting file only works if it hears about the misses. A price or availability change we have not caught. A factual correction. A broken link. A request to remove or export your data.
What gets nothing, quietly: cold pitches, "feature our product" notes, link-swap requests, and guest-post spam. The inbox is for gift-givers, not funnels - and no, we will not list your product because you asked nicely. It gets vetted like everything else or not at all.
